Thirty days of delivered confinement meals generally ran from about $1,550 for frozen packages to around $2,900 for fresh daily delivery in August 2026. Fresh delivery is limited to the metros where a kitchen operates; everywhere else, frozen shipping is the realistic option.
How much does a confinement nanny cost in the Bay Area?
Live-in yue sao placed through US agencies ran roughly $250 to $390 a day in August 2026, usually booked in blocks of 26, 30, 40 or 60 days. That band was strikingly consistent across metros, so a quote far outside it is worth asking about. Confirm what is included: most rates cover overnight newborn care and cooking, but not groceries.
Can I get confinement meals delivered across the whole Bay Area?
Mostly, though not from every kitchen. Several deliver across San Francisco, the East Bay and the South Bay; others work a single corner, such as Fremont. Ask about your specific city before you commit to a 30-day package, and check whether delivery is daily or a few times a week with reheating in between.
